Highly recommend Adrian to help buy your car! He answered all my questions and made my first time buying a car go super smooth. Called about a pickup on line, drove the 45 minutes to test drive, purchased and drove home. Everything went smoothly and everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently traveling through the area with my family when a transmission cooler line failed on my 2500HD, leaving us stranded on a Saturday. Tim, in service, made room to get us in. He verified they had the part in stock and called service tech, Jacob, who came in to do the replacement on his day off! Worked past closing hours and got us back on the road the same day! They truly went above and beyond to help us out when we needed them. Quality people, Great service!

Clayton followed up on questions about a hybrid vehicle and found a great deal on a Honda Hybrid from a related dealership. He offered gentle yet compelling insights on how we might negotiate a deal for this car. I purchased a great car at a fair price and a traded-in above what others had offered. Clayton went above and beyond in helping to make this deal happen. All the staff we kind and considerate without being pushy. I will certainly contact them next time I need a car or truck.

Your service department was phenomenal. My Cadillac ELR died 1.5 miles from their shop. We live out of state and I was transporting my hubby to Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I called their Service Department and they called a tow truck for me. It was close to closing time and they didn’t have a loaner or rental car available on short notice. Tim in the service department took a 2026 SilvErado EV truck off their sales lot and made sure I was able to get my husband with heart monitors on back to Mayo for radiation treatments. At the end of the week we returned their truck and they had my Cadillac repaired the best they could , washed up and ready to go. The kindest (3) gentleman in that service and repair department I have ever dealt with. My hubby has end stage cancer and they made a frightening situation turn into the best service I’ve ever had from any dealership in my life! Kudos to those who cared at the Spring Valley Dealership to help us in our time of need. When I need my next vehicle (which sounds like will need to be soon), I’m going to drive out of state back to them to buy it. Thank you for all you guys did and for trusting us with that brand new truck while our repairs were done.

I have been looking for a good car for almost three weeks. Then l found Chevrolet of Spring Valley. I saw this beautiful Buick LaCross on the internet in there lot. I called about it. Everything that the salesman, Clayton told me was to good to be true. I talked my friends into going to the dealership to see the car. I cried a little when l saw this 2015 Buick LaCross. Everything thing that Clayton told me was true and more. My dreams about finding a great car came true. I drove it and l knew it was the car for me. Clayton was working with another customer and he was helping me. The manager, Kevin came over and helped too. I told Kevin that l had been praying for a good car. Kevin said that he was a fellow Christian and that he was he could help. They were wonderful. I just love my car. Thank you so much.

My fiancé was recently on her way to her bachelorette party when her truck needed immediate service. When she called ahead and asked for help they said they would stay open late for her and her sisters. They assured her they would do whatever they could to help from repairs, to getting her a rental truck to fit everything she was already bringing for the long weekend when they only needed to offer an suv. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with while keeping us updated on timelines and answering questions about what is next. If it was worth it, I would drive an hour and a half one way just to get my oil changed by them if they provided HALF of the professionalism and kindness they have provided us already. Definitely recommend this place!! Bought my 2021 GMC Terrain on the 3rd of January. They helped me right away finding a new used vehicle I could afford!! About 2 weeks of having the car a peice froze. I called saying my car didn't wanna accelerate and they told me to come in the same day after work!! And fixed the problem fast within a few days for parts to come in and rented me out a car they definitely make you feel cared about. And on top I had covid they drove my car out to my house 7 miles away!! Overall definitely great service!!!

Great experience at Chevrolet of Spring Valley. We drove nearly 3 hours to pick up a good deal on a vehicle and Cody had the vehicle all ready to go. We ended up wrapping up the paperwork after closing hours and Cody and Tyler stayed positive all the way through, even though we kept them late. They had coloring books and snacks for the kids, so all in all wanted to leave 5 stars. Keep up the great work in Spring Valley!

I had a great experience with Chevrolet of Spring Valley and their team. I have been looking for a car for quite some time now and I saw they had several vehicles listed at good prices especially compared to other places nowadays. My boyfriend and I had called ahead to look at a Dodge Journey they had. He requested they put it on the lift so we can fully inspect it and Willie had no problem with that and they already had it on the lift when we got there. We had decided we liked the car and the purchasing process was very straightforward. They didn't try to push any extras on us, they just explained the options. However, they really went above and beyond with helping me walk out with the car that day. My bank was being difficult and was giving them limited options for getting the payment to the dealership. But Tyler talked on the phone with my bank and they were able to figure out how to get the process done that day. In addition, to them putting in extra effort for us they also had several other customers they were helping with limited staff at the end of the day. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive and we will definitely be back if we need a car in the future. Thank you again Willie and Tyler!!

Your service department was phenomenal. My Cadillac ELR died 1.5 miles from their shop. We live out of state and I was transporting my hubby to Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I called their Service Department and they called a tow truck for me. It was close to closing time and they didn’t have a loaner or rental car available on short notice. Tim in the service department took a 2026 SilvErado EV truck off their sales lot and made sure I was able to get my husband with heart monitors on back to Mayo for radiation treatments. At the end of the week we returned their truck and they had my Cadillac repaired the best they could , washed up and ready to go. The kindest (3) gentleman in that service and repair department I have ever dealt with. My hubby has end stage cancer and they made a frightening situation turn into the best service I’ve ever had from any dealership in my life! Kudos to those who cared at the Spring Valley Dealership to help us in our time of need. When I need my next vehicle (which sounds like will need to be soon), I’m going to drive out of state back to them to buy it. Thank you for all you guys did and for trusting us with that brand new truck while our repairs were done.

I have been looking for a good car for almost three weeks. Then l found Chevrolet of Spring Valley. I saw this beautiful Buick LaCross on the internet in there lot. I called about it. Everything that the salesman, Clayton told me was to good to be true. I talked my friends into going to the dealership to see the car. I cried a little when l saw this 2015 Buick LaCross. Everything thing that Clayton told me was true and more. My dreams about finding a great car came true. I drove it and l knew it was the car for me. Clayton was working with another customer and he was helping me. The manager, Kevin came over and helped too. I told Kevin that l had been praying for a good car. Kevin said that he was a fellow Christian and that he was he could help. They were wonderful. I just love my car. Thank you so much.

My fiancé was recently on her way to her bachelorette party when her truck needed immediate service. When she called ahead and asked for help they said they would stay open late for her and her sisters. They assured her they would do whatever they could to help from repairs, to getting her a rental truck to fit everything she was already bringing for the long weekend when they only needed to offer an suv. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with while keeping us updated on timelines and answering questions about what is next. If it was worth it, I would drive an hour and a half one way just to get my oil changed by them if they provided HALF of the professionalism and kindness they have provided us already. Definitely recommend this place!! Bought my 2021 GMC Terrain on the 3rd of January. They helped me right away finding a new used vehicle I could afford!! About 2 weeks of having the car a peice froze. I called saying my car didn't wanna accelerate and they told me to come in the same day after work!! And fixed the problem fast within a few days for parts to come in and rented me out a car they definitely make you feel cared about. And on top I had covid they drove my car out to my house 7 miles away!! Overall definitely great service!!!

Great experience at Chevrolet of Spring Valley. We drove nearly 3 hours to pick up a good deal on a vehicle and Cody had the vehicle all ready to go. We ended up wrapping up the paperwork after closing hours and Cody and Tyler stayed positive all the way through, even though we kept them late. They had coloring books and snacks for the kids, so all in all wanted to leave 5 stars. Keep up the great work in Spring Valley!

I had a great experience with Chevrolet of Spring Valley and their team. I have been looking for a car for quite some time now and I saw they had several vehicles listed at good prices especially compared to other places nowadays. My boyfriend and I had called ahead to look at a Dodge Journey they had. He requested they put it on the lift so we can fully inspect it and Willie had no problem with that and they already had it on the lift when we got there. We had decided we liked the car and the purchasing process was very straightforward. They didn't try to push any extras on us, they just explained the options. However, they really went above and beyond with helping me walk out with the car that day. My bank was being difficult and was giving them limited options for getting the payment to the dealership. But Tyler talked on the phone with my bank and they were able to figure out how to get the process done that day. In addition, to them putting in extra effort for us they also had several other customers they were helping with limited staff at the end of the day. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive and we will definitely be back if we need a car in the future. Thank you again Willie and Tyler!!
